Changed your mind? No stress! You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return any items. Here’s the fine print:
- Items must be new, unused, and with tags still attached.
- To kick things off, shoot us an email at info@zola-london.com with your order details, and we’ll send you the return form.
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll sort out your refund within 7 business days.
Heads Up:
You’re responsible for return shipping costs, but we don’t charge any pesky restocking fees!
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
Oh no! If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item or something arrives damaged, we’ve got your back. Drop us an email at info@zola-london.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we’ll sort it out quicker than you can say “fashion emergency!”
Need to Cancel an Order?
Had a change of heart before your order’s been shipped? No dramas! Just hit us up at info@zola-london.com with your order number, and we’ll cancel it for you, no questions asked. Once your order’s shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can always return it after it arrives.
