1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the latest information about shipping and delivery.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package online on our tracking page.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Had a change of heart before your order’s been shipped? Just contact us at info@zola-london.com with your order number, and we’ll cancel it for you, no questions asked. Once your order’s shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can always return it after it arrives.
4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
