- Once we’ve processed your order, shipping usually takes 4-8 working days (Monday to Friday).
- We ship within the UK and the best part? Shipping’s completely free.
Order Tracking
After we ship your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and your tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking portal here.
Order Delays
Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. If there’s any holdup with your order, we’ll give you a heads-up via email. You won’t be left in the dark!
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
Oh no! If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ve got your back. Send us an email at info@zola-london.com with an explanation of the issue. Make sure to include photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we’ll sort it out!
Need to Cancel an Order?
Need to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Just contact us at info@zola-london.com with your order number, and we’ll cancel it for you, no questions asked. Once your order’s shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can return it after it arrives.
